At Jianglight, we take pride in the quality of our lighting products and our commitment to professional service. As a B2B manufacturer and supplier, we offer customized and bulk order solutions. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be accepted.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to orders placed directly with Jianglight through official sales channels (e.g., direct inquiry, email, trade show, or via www.jianglight.com).
It does not cover purchases made through third-party distributors or unauthorized resellers.

2. Return Eligibility

Due to the customized nature of most orders, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

2.1 Manufacturing Defects

Products that arrive with verifiable manufacturing defects are eligible for return or replacement. Defects may include:

  • Structural damage (e.g., cracked housing, broken components)

  • Non-functioning electrical parts upon arrival

  • Major cosmetic flaws inconsistent with design approval

2.2 Shipping Damage

If products are visibly damaged during transit, customers must:

  • Notify us within 5 business days of receiving the goods

  • Provide clear photographic evidence of damage to both product and packaging

  • Retain the original packaging for inspection

2.3 Incorrect Shipment

If you receive a product that does not match the confirmed order specification (model, size, quantity), please contact us within 7 business days of delivery. We will verify the issue and arrange for exchange or return as appropriate.


Note: Returns for reasons unrelated to quality issues (e.g., change of mind, overstocking, end-user cancellation) are not accepted for custom or bulk orders.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@jianglight.com with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order ID]”.

  2. Provide the following information:

    • Order number and invoice

    • Description and photos of the issue

    • Desired solution (replacement, refund, or credit)

  3. Our team will respond within 3 working days to confirm next steps.

Returned items must be:

  • In original packaging with all accessories

  • Unused and in resalable condition (unless damaged/defective)

  • Shipped to the return address we provide, using a traceable courier

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

If a refund is approved due to defective or incorrect items, Jianglight will:

  • Issue the refund to the original payment method or apply a credit balance to your account (based on agreement)

  • Process the refund within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product

  • Reimburse any mutually agreed return shipping costs

Partial refunds may apply if the returned product is not in its original condition or is missing parts.

5. Warranty Support

For quality issues beyond the return window, please refer to our Warranty Policy (available upon request). Most of our lighting products include a 2–5 year limited warranty, depending on the model.

6. Custom Orders & OEM Projects

As most of our orders involve customization (color, design, packaging, branding), all custom orders are final unless there is a verified quality or production defect. We recommend sample approval before mass production.
