We ship our products globally from our factory in Ningbo, China, leveraging our proximity to major ports such as Ningbo Port and Shanghai Port.
We primarily serve international B2B buyers including:

2. Lead Time & Processing

2.1 Standard Lead Time

  • Regular models: 7-10 business days (for in-stock items)

  • Customized orders: 35-55 business days, depending on the complexity and quantity

  • Sample orders: Typically 10-15 business days

Production and lead times will be confirmed during the quotation and order confirmation stages.

2.2 Order Processing

Orders are processed upon receipt of:

  • Finalized technical specifications and/or sample confirmation

  • Signed pro forma invoice or purchase agreement

  • Down payment (if applicable)

Production begins only after the above are received and verified.

6. Shipping Costs

7. Customs & Import Duties

For FOB or CIF terms, the buyer is responsible for customs clearance, duties, and import taxes in their country.
For DDP shipments, we manage all logistics and clearance, and duties are included in your final quote.

We will provide all necessary documents for smooth customs clearance, including:

  • Commercial invoice

  • Packing list

  • Bill of lading or airway bill

  • Certificate of origin (if required)

  • Any special certificates (e.g., CE, RoHS, UL) upon request

8. Shipment Tracking

For courier and air freight shipments, tracking numbers will be provided once dispatched.
For sea freight, we will share the container and bill of lading details with your logistics contact for monitoring.

9. Shipping Damage or Loss

In case of transit damage or loss:

  • Report the issue within 5 business days of receipt

  • Provide photos of the packaging and damaged products

  • Keep all packaging materials for inspection

We will coordinate with the carrier and insurance provider (if applicable) to resolve the issue promptly.
